Process

Step 1: Onboarding

Send your enquiry and we'll reach out to arrange a discovery call. After the call, you'll receive a project proposal. To book your spot, just sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit.

Step 2: Direction

You'll fill out your brand questionnaire. If applicable, we'll craft a preliminary brand strategy to define your positioning, then create 2–3 mood boards that set the creative direction.

Step 3: Design

You'll receive a visualised brand presentation with your logo suite, colour palette, typography, and graphics, with design explanations. You'll have revisions to refine the branding, and we'll design any selected add-ons.

Step 4: Offboarding

Once the project is approved and final payment is complete, we'll deliver all final files ready for digital and print use — plus your brand guidelines document if included.

Starter Logo takes 2–3 weeks, Essentials 3–4 weeks, and Signature 4–6 weeks. Timelines can shift slightly depending on feedback speed and add-ons.

Signature includes 3 revision rounds; Essentials and Starter include 2. Extra rounds can be added at an hourly rate if needed.

Yes — 50% to book your spot and 50% before final files are delivered. For larger projects we can split payments into three instalments.
